Our goal is to provide world-class golf instruction at an affordable price. At the Academy at Mill Run, you will find an expansive practice facility with target greens, a short game area, and a private coaching tee. Our instructors are highly trained members of the PGA of Canada.
Each instructor has gone through intensive training so that they can provide consistent and high-quality instruction for all levels of players. Our students will leave with a plan that will allow them to attain their immediate goals and be on their way to becoming a better player.

Ben Reid, PGA of Canada, Class “A” Member – Director of Golf
Ben turned professional in 2015 after a standout collegiate career with the Durham Lords. Having developed his skills through the Durham Junior Golf Tour, he brings both playing and coaching experience to help golfers of all levels reach their full potential.
Working alongside one of Canada’s top junior coaches, Ben has honed his expertise to elevate player performance. He emphasizes the importance of the mental game, believing that success on the course comes as much from strategy and mindset as from physical skill. As Ben puts it, “Success can be found as much by skill as by strength.”

Jordan Mahussier, PGA of Canada, Class “A” Member – Head Golf Professional
Once a member of Mill Run, Jordan transformed his passion for golf into a career, earning his professional status in 2017. As a PGA of Canada member, he has completed his Instructor Beginner Certification and continues to expand his expertise through ongoing training through the PGA.
Jordan is dedicated to growing the game and inspiring the next generation of golfers. He leads Mill Run’s Junior and Ladies Programs, helping all players develop their skills and love for the sport.
